Eliza brings to Prall Marketing 25 years of experience as a place maker and community builder with a marketing communications approach. Her business mindset anchors her in-depth understanding of the power of branding, marketing, and creating strong sense of place.
Liza founded Prall Marketing in 2006, a strategic marketing consulting company specializing in brand clarity and execution, content marketing, and place making, with a focus on real estate, retail, and business to consumer marketing. Prior to Prall Marketing, Liza was a partner at Continuum Partners, a smart growth, mixed-use real estate development company with over $1 billion in projects where she created community, identity and neighborhood differentiation for each development project. There she was involved in Belmar, Union Station, Kent Place and many others. Before joining Continuum, she worked with Cherry Creek, Cherry Creek North, Larimer Square and Lower Downtown Denver.
Liza graduated from Cornell University’s College of Art, Architecture and Planning with a BA in City and Regional Planning. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Museum of Contemporary Art: Denver and Colorado Academy.
Shelby keeps all of our client assignments in motion. Utilizing her keen attention-to-detail, she manages the work flow, production, budgets and timelines. She has strong relationships with our creative partners and vendors which helps facilitate the best work for our clients. Shelby’s curiosity for the digital space has driven her to recently complete her certification in Google Analytics. This training will benefit our clients as she builds campaign dashboards that will allow us to look at data-driven results to drive opportunities, refine and optimize.
Born and raised on Colorado’s Western Slope, Shelby enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits and is an avid skier. When she isn’t spending time outdoors, she can be found reading a good book or tackling her latest baking project. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in French from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Alix has worked with Prall Marketing for over eight years as an account manager, handling communications with both clients and vendors, timeline and budget management, and assisting with strategic plan development. Now, Alix works on special projects for Prall Marketing, from project needs to accounting help.
Alix is a Denver native and studied strategic advertising at the University of Colorado at Boulder, School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
Millie has been with Prall Marketing for over two years and serves as office mascot. Welcoming clients, greeting the mailman, and keeping our Fitbit numbers up, she provides total joy everyday to us and walkers by. Come say hi any day – bring treats for extra smiles!
