Verve is an urban living community in the heart of downtown Denver. Verve offers an upscale, rental option in which residents can enjoy Denver’s finest dining, tasteful nightlife, great coffee, engaging art, outdoor activities and world-class sports venues, all within walking distance. Our challenge was to differentiate this development from thousands of rental options coming on line in the downtown area.
Create a unique, upscale brand that relayed the price point and product difference.
Our approach was to create a more “corporate”, strong logo – both in design and color, to set us apart from the more common lifestyle branded products. We created the name, branding, logo, signage, collateral, e-communications, launch website, advertising, partnership marketing, social media, and event planning for the opening events.
