Create Buzz and Awareness of this New Emerging
Sloans is a new, 7-block, mixed-use community, on the St. Anthony’s redevelopment area, offering expansive streetscapes, a retail street, boutiques, coffee shops, entertainment options, a public plaza and community gardens. The challenge was that there was little awareness of this emerging district, but the individual block developers were starting to market their individual projects – and it was missing the content of the whole in the public perception.Solution
Brand and create buzz around this new emerging community district
We needed to create the brand value for the district to support the block developers. To do this our goal was to generate awareness of the whole area through public relations, signage, social media, e-communications, event and partnership marketing, and a new website. We also created some standard ways for the blocks to refer to the district for consistency and to help build the brand faster.
