Launching a new housing product type in an evolving part of Caste RockDowntown Castle Rock is undergoing a huge transformation, and River Walk, which is located in the heart of downtown, is part of that change. Public perception of the old Castle Rock is not congruent with the new development. Riverwalk delivers an urban-style live, work and dine option that has not been present there before. Our challenge was to reintroduce people to Castle Rock's lifestyle and showcase a new living option to the marketplace.
Create and execute a multi-tiered marketing plan to relay the brand
Our strategy was to create and execute a coordinated marketing effort to help both inform the market of the emerging new district, and to bring awareness to our audience that a new product type is available. Eblast marketing, website development, social media, event marketing, public relations, signage, community relations, partnership marketing, and advertising are a few of the tactics we employed to get the word out.
