Branding a new community as unique but associated with an existing brand
The Ranches at Devil's Thumb is a new residential community being developed that offers the amenities of Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa, but is a separate brand. Our challenge was to borrow from the immense brand equity of Devil's Thumb Ranch while establishing this new but separate brand and community.Solution
Create a new brand that gives a nod to Devil's Thumb Ranch, but also stands on its own
The branding for the Ranches at Devil's Thumb is in the same vernacular, but has its own spin to relay that it is separate yet related. We developed the brand identity, a Brand Book to help the client relay the brand going forward, and the sales collateral pieces.
